Visual and Physical Problems

 A finished jumbo roll may have so many visual and physical problems. These problems may create issues to customer , or rejected by quality dept as per specifications of customer.
Some problems are given below. also troubleshooting methods are given. you can use them to resolve the problems.

Several problems :-

From PRS

*Spreader roll Mark on edges.

*Part Nip roll Mark on edges.

*CT Scratches.

*Nip Roll Rubbing Scratches.

*Rough Cutting (Notch Cut).

From TDO

* Oil Droplets.

* Scratches.

* Gauge Disturbance due to Un-Mannered Spindle width.

* Random Film Breaks due to Ducts , if not proper engaged or settled in place.

From MDO

* Sticky impression

* Cloudy/Hazy poor surface

* Un-stretch Pattern.

* Random Film Breaks due to any damage nip rolls.

* Gauge disturb dur to heating issue of any roll.

From Casting Unit

* Film Shifting issue towards either side.

* Water carry over in cast film.

* Scratches due to air nozzles (Water removing ).

From Chill Roll and AirKnife

* Surface roughness.

* Water carry over  chill roll

* Random film breaks due to not forming of film edge through pinning.

From Die

* Die Line

*Gauge Band.

* Random Film Breaks due to deposited particle of melt in die lip.

* Gauge disturbance due to heating issue of any zone in die.

* Gauge disturbance due to not proper operating of die bolts.
