Winder Process

 Winder is place where you are wrapping up your finished goods. The final production is setting up in winder core in the winder section.

Basically whole winder section contains,

1 Tension roll, 1 contact roll and production taking core and other stand-by core.

There are many processes for winder section and commands for necessary condition according the situation.

Auto-cut - 

Auto-cut is a process where winder turning takes place to change the core for final production when length setup completed or for manual auto-cut due to any reason i.e. production change over like micron change over or program change over.

"For Auto cut Process 2nd standby core should be there, chuck should be closed, and winder safety gate should be locked."
